Crystal has dedicated her career to continually expanding her knowledge across aesthetic medicine, wellness, and patient care. She regularly attends advanced trainings, seminars, and professional conferences throughout the United States and internationally, including recent training in Norway.
Her ongoing education allows her to thoughtfully evaluate new techniques and technologies while keeping patient safety, individualized care, and appropriate treatment selection at the center of her approach.

The Story Behind Elle
Crystal established Elle Medical & Aesthetics in 2019 while managing a larger aesthetics clinic. What began as a part-time practice gave patients in another community greater access to the personal, thoughtful style of care she wanted to provide.
In 2024, Elle became Crystal’s full-time practice, allowing her to create the kind of patient experience she had envisioned from the beginning: more time with each person, greater continuity of care, and thoughtful recommendations without pressure. The name “Elle” was chosen in honor of her grandmother, Estelle, making the practice deeply personal from the very beginning.
