Membership Cancellation

All memberships have a 6-month minimum commitment. After the first 6 months, memberships move to month-to-month auto-renewal.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with 30 days’ notice after the initial 6-month commitment has been completed.

Rollover Credit

Unused banked credit rolls over while the membership is active and the account remains in good standing.

Remaining banked credit must be used within 90 days of cancellation.

Membership credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Membership Perks

Membership discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions, packages, rewards, or discounts unless specifically stated.

Members always receive the better eligible price during specials when available, but discounts do not stack.

Important Exclusions

Beauty Bank credit may be used toward eligible aesthetic services. Laser packages, medical visits, GLP-1 services or medication, labs, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and other fees are excluded unless specifically stated.
