Cancellations/No-Show

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50. We kindly request that you contact us promptly to notify us of any cancellations. No Show fee is $100.


If you are 15 minutes late you must reschedule your appointment for a later day and time.


If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until that is completed.


Please keep in mind that some services will require a deposit and varies by service. This goes towards your service and is refundable only if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise, it’s non-refundable and will remain in your customer account until you return for a future appointment.
