What to Expect During Your Treatment

In your initial appointment, our licensed aesthetician will evaluate your skin to determine your candidacy for a peel and discuss what to expect from the procedure. Once you decide that a peel is right for you, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

The treatment itself typically lasts about half an hour, making it convenient to schedule during lunch or at the end of the day. A custom chemical solution is applied to your face, specifically formulated for your skin type. Most patients experience minimal discomfort. After the solution has had time to work, it is carefully removed, followed by the application of a soothing serum designed to promote healing and stimulate collagen production, giving your skin a fresher, more youthful appearance.

Immediately after the treatment, some redness and minor swelling may occur, but these effects usually subside within a day.

Peels can also be combined with other treatments, such as dermaplaning, to enhance results.
